BOOKING POLICY

Thank you for choosing our hair salon for your hairstyling needs. To ensure a smooth and pleasant experience for both our clients and our staff, we have established the following booking policies. Please read them carefully before making your appointment.

Deposit and Payment Policy

  • A non-refundable $30 deposit is required to secure your appointment. The deposit will be applied towards the final cost of your hair style.
  • To confirm your booking, you will be asked to securely pay the deposit online.
  • The remaining balance is due on the day of your appointment, and we accept cash, debit card, credit card, CashApp, and Zelle as payment methods.
  • A $5 fee will be applied to debit and credit card payments.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

  • If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please provide us with a minimum notice of 2 days.
  • Your deposit will be transferred to your new appointment.
  • Cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment will incur a charge of 50% of the total cost of services.
  • Same-day cancellations will be charged 80% of the cost of service, while no-call, no-shows will be charged 100% of the cost of service

Hair and Styling Policies

  • Hair is included in all styles unless otherwise indicated.
  • We carry the following hair colors: 1B, 2, 4, 27, 33, 30, Burgundy.
  • Hair is NOT included for the following styles: Passion twist, Marley Twist, Crochet, Spring Twist, Kinky Twist, Faux Locs, butterfly locs.
  • For Boho and Bohemian styles, you must supply the curly human hair (or synthetic hair).
  • Please come in with your hair detangled. Detangling is a service that will cost an extra $35.
  • If you desire a mix of colors, please notify us at least 2 days before your appointment. An additional fee of $50 will be applied.
  • For customers with short hair (less than 4 inches), there will be an additional $45 fee, and extra time may be required.

Extra Guests

  • Due to COVID-19 safety protocols, no extra guests are allowed in the shop during your appointment. This policy is strictly enforced without exceptions.

 

Photograph Consent:

  • By booking an appointment with our salon, you grant us consent to take photographs of you during your appointment for promotional purposes on our website and social media platforms.
  • You release the rights to use, reproduce, and publish the photographs without compensation, and we will respect your privacy by not associating your full name or identifying details with the photographs unless permitted by you.
  • If you wish to revoke your consent or have your photographs removed from our promotional materials, please contact us in writing.
